Club Philosophy
As Technical Director of the club. The committee, the coaches and myself are all trying to create a style of football and an atmosphere within the club which is conducive to learning and also development.

We aim to create a pathway for all players which is transparent and with the right attitude and application the potential to make the senior squad is within sight.

Producing players who win with respect but also lose with respect.

3 key Aims and Objectives

Meet your NPL Junior coaches
Technical Director- Ryan Mcguffie. I believe that for the club to develop and grow you have to have the right people pushing in the same direction. Dinamo is a club which wants to continue to grow and play at the highest level possible. The Chairmen of our club Ivan Maric is not shy in saying he wants to create good footballers but also good people. I enforce that philosophy. I have recruited the coaches I believe will all do a fantastic job and in the past four years since we entered the NPL we have continued to improve each year. 2017 is an important year for the club in many ways. Seniors want to maintain NPl status, Juniors want to be as successful as possible which includes producing players to move up to our senior squad. Developing players to reach their potential and if we are doing this then with that comes success on and off the park. Volim Te Dinamo!
18- Ross Mossello is a motivator and tactical genius. Has proven ability to help young men develop and meet there potential. Ross has worked previously with Keilor Wolves and also Whittlesea Ranges. The aim of the 18s coach this year is to develop players within the team to move up and step into seniors and 20s squad and also try and teach players how to win games at this stage of their development. Ross is a C-license accredited coach.
16s- Ivan Kozic is an ex player of the Dinamo seniors and is new on the coaching scene. Was a goalkeeper who was vocal and demanding and will take this into his coaching career. Has a real fresh look on things and wants players to express themselves on the pitch. At this stage of their development they must start developing physically as well as mentally and Ivan will certainly give them the platform for them to achieve this.
15s- Danny Cianter comes back to Dinamo where he was once assistant Coach in the senior team. Comes with a wealth of experience in coaching and demands high standards from his players on and off the pitch. Development is key for this squad and Danny and his guidance will give the players in this team the platform to develop technically and personally. Danny is C-license accredited and plans to gain further accreditation in future years.
14s- Damien Vojtek is also an ex player of Dinamo seniors and ex NPL Best and Fairest. Damien believes in playing a brand of football which requires confidence and trust. No-one can run faster than the ball and Damien believes playing simple football where you pass and move and look for options is key to development. Has recruited well in the trial period and looking forward to a good year. Damien gained his C-license accreditation in 2016.
13s- Daniel Genovesi coaches like he used to play. With his heart on his sleeve. Daniel is very passionate about the game and his beliefs. He believes in St Albans and there philosophy and strongly advocates at trying to play football at the right times and doing the best by the club and the players. Has got his players well drilled. They are a very honest and hardworking group who show the utmost respect to teammates, opponents, coaches and referees. They are a great reflection on their Coach and team manager Alen Fak. Daniel is a fully accredited C-license Coach who also had experience with the 20s team last year. Has real potential to go as far as he wants in the coaching world.
12s- Michael Calendrella knows the style of football he wants to play and is a very well organised and experienced coach. Has worked with Melbourne Victory 20s and St Albans 20s and has had this 12s team for a couple of years now. Development is the main aim first and foremost but also to create good people with good attitudes to train and play. Michael and his brother Anthony are well liked around the club and look forward to 2017 and big things from this bunch of players. Michael is doing his b-license at the moment and I expect big thing from Michael in his coaching career.
12s- Franco Falvo is another coach which is C-license accredited and has a wealth of experience within Coaching. Franko was also the St Albans Senior Assistant coach in 2015 and learned a lot from that experience. Franko and I believe that working with this age group will suit franks personality. An absolute gentleman and believes development is key at this stage and doing this through development of mental and technical aspects with the help of Strength and Conditioning Coach Joseph Xuerub.
Strength and Conditioning Coach- Joseph Xuereb is the junior Strength and Conditioning coach at St Albans Dinamo. Joe works on the players Speed and Agility, Strength and Conditioning, rehabilitation and also Injury prevention. Joe has been a fantastic addition to our coaching team and I am really proud of the team we have acquired at St Albans Dinamo. Good Luck for 2017. Volim Te Dinamo!
